A financial services company is seeking a full-time CFO to manage financial operations across two entities in the MCA space. Responsibilities include overseeing accounting and bookkeeping, managing payroll and commissions, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP. The ideal candidate must have over 5 years of finance leadership experience, strong expertise in bookkeeping and QuickBooks, and must be English-speaking. This is a fully remote position with a salary of $4,000/month.

Formación

• 5+ years experience in accounting or finance leadership roles required.
• Must manage multiple bank accounts and high-volume transactions.
• Experience filing UCC liens and running payroll.
• Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.

Responsabilidades

• Own accounting and bookkeeping across two entities.
• Record and reconcile journal entries, and manage payroll.
• Prepare financial reporting: cash flow, P&L, balance sheet.
• Oversee offshore accounting team and ensure accuracy.
