A global leader in BPO services is seeking a remote Logistics Customer Support representative based in Mexico. In this role, you will manage customer shipments, confirm pickups and deliveries, and ensure effective communication with clients in both Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in logistics or customer support. This position offers competitive compensation at $8 - $9 per hour, working Thursday to Sunday from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.

Formación

• 3 to 4 years of experience in logistics or customer support.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, with communications being 60% Spanish and 40% English.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the customer board and confirm pickups/deliveries.
• Email and call clients for delivery updates.
• Track merchandise and provide latest updates.
• Enter pro numbers and obtain PODs.
