Location: Remote from Latin America
Position Type: Part-time (20 hrs/week) with opportunity for full-time once the company grows
Salary: $500 – $625 USD/month for part-time (equivalent to $1000–$1250 full-time)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Central Time (part-time hours within this window; 1-hour lunch break for full-time)
Our client is a fast-growing, specialized home-service company based in Kansas City. They fix doors that don’t close, latch, seal, or function properly. Their work is simple, high-volume, and highly reviewed. They're expanding quickly and seeking a long-term virtual assistant to help us manage customer communication, scheduling, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
We are looking for a friendly, organized, English-proficient Front Desk & Scheduling Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for homeowners. You will manage calls, texts, emails, booking requests, and follow-ups. You do not need construction knowledge—training is provided. This role is crucial for keeping their technician’s schedule full and maintaining our professional image.
