You will oversee accounting processes, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. A minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience is required, along with proficiency in QuickBooks. This is a full-time, remote position offering competitive salary, working Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST. Join a collaborative team focused on driving measurable results.

Formación

• 5+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably with service-based businesses.
• Experience creating invoices with complex fee structures.
• Proven success in managing accounts receivable and collections.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately enter all income and expenses into QuickBooks.
• Generate monthly P&L statements and assess profitability per client.
• Monitor and report on month-over-month client revenue changes.
