A leading family-oriented company is seeking a Financial Coordinator to assist sales and account managers in systemizing client data and scheduling financial operations. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in a similar role, a strong understanding of document flow processes, and the ability to work in a multitasking environment. Proficiency in Spanish and upper-intermediate English is required, while knowledge of Portuguese is a plus. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely and contribute to a socially significant product.

Responsabilidades

• Collect and fill out necessary documents to establish relationships with partners.
• Manage document flow from contract conclusion to issuance of closing documents.
• Monitor timely payments from clients.
• Manage internal project accounting systems in Airtable.
