Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in Application Support or Integration Support roles.
• Solid understanding of ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Epicor Prophet 21.
• Experience with E-Commerce platforms, including Shopify, Magento, or BigCommerce.

• Provide technical support for DCKAP Integrator customers.
• Debug integration issues and analyze data flows.
