You will utilize energy modeling software and advanced engineering techniques to assess various design options and make recommendations for improving energy efficiency. Responsibilities

• Conduct energy modeling and analysis for new and existing buildings to evaluate their energy performance.
• Utilize energy modeling software and tools to simulate building energy consumption and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate energy‑efficient design strategies into building projects.
• Perform calculations and engineering analysis to optimize building systems and components.
• Develop energy efficiency measures and provide recommendations to enhance sustainability.
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to energy performance.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Mechanical/Architectural Engineering or related field.
• Proficient with eQuest.

• Familiarity with mechanical systems for healthcare, life science and higher education buildings.
