Position: Remote Dispatcher & Administrative Assistant

Location: LATAM (Remote, U.S. Mountain Time hours)
We are seeking a sharp, reliable, and tech-savvy Remote Dispatcher & Administrative Assistant to join our growing team of non-emergency transportation providers.
This hybrid role combines frontline coordination of driver activity with administrative support functions like data management, digital file cleanup, and customer service.
Monitor and respond to calls from clients and drivers in real time.
Support active trips by assigning, rerouting, or adjusting based on driver availability and trip urgency.
Use GPS software to track vehicle locations and calculate ETAs for customer inquiries.
Communicate clearly with drivers to relay trip details, schedule changes, and urgent requests.
Support data entry and digital file organization projects (e.g., cleaning up Dropbox, archiving records).
Assist with managing driver documentation and internal operational databases.
Conduct basic auditing and system checks to ensure information is current and accurate.
Help respond to customer inquiries during off‑hours, escalating urgent issues to leadership as needed.
2+ years experience in an administrative, support, logistics, or dispatch‑related role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly organized, self‑directed, and comfortable multitasking.
Basic familiarity with tools such as Google Maps, Dropbox, and cloud‑based communication platforms (e.g., RingCentral, Slack, or similar).
Ability to work U.S. Mountain Time hours reliably, including some evening or weekend shifts if needed.
Previous experience in non‑emergency medical or passenger transportation.
Comfort managing phone lines and customer communications.
Familiarity with U.S. geography, especially New Mexico or southwestern states.
Experience working remotely with U.S. based companies or teams.
Work directly with a U.S. based construction team.
