This role involves working closely with clients to troubleshoot and resolve support issues, manage client relationships and ensure effective project delivery. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, possesses strong analytical skills, and can work within a virtual team. Formación

• 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain management.
• Experience in implementation and managed services roles.
• Microsoft Certification in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and resolve managed services break/fix support issues.
• Review and track inbound cases to ensure progression.
• Lead client status calls weekly to share updates.
