The ideal candidate must have high accuracy, strong Excel skills, and be detail-oriented. You will manage accounts receivable, pay invoices, and communicate effectively in English. Formación

• Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including formulas and data management.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• High numerical accuracy and data entry skills.

Responsabilidades

• Pay vendor and contractor invoices.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R).
• Reconcile contractor A/R to payments.
• Coordinate tasks with internal team members.
