As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality recruitment operations across our global teams. You’ll support recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the hiring journey — helping to deliver an outstanding, people-first experience.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Coordinate interviews across time zones and ensure clear communication between candidates and hiring teams.

  • Prepare interview schedules, confirmations, and related documentation with accuracy and care.

  • Maintain candidate data and job requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

  • Support recruitment campaigns through job postings, background checks, and onboarding coordination.

  • Assist with reporting, data accuracy, and compliance tracking for recruitment metrics.

  • Collaborate closely with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment operations.

  • Contribute to employer branding activities and support communications across hiring campaigns.

What you’ll bring:
  • 1–3 years’ experience in recruitment coordination or HR administrative support within a fast-paced or international environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., ICIMS, Greenhouse, Workday) and scheduling tools such as Outlook or Google Calendar.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑oriented approach.

  • Comfortable working independently and remotely as part of a distributed, multicultural team.

  • Commitment to accuracy, collaboration, and creating positive candidate experiences.

  • Fluent French and Spanish.
