A recruitment agency is seeking a recruiting coordinator to support their client, a large SAAS company, in Mexico. The role is fully remote and entails coordinating interviews, preparing interview materials, generating offer letters, and improving recruitment processes. Candidates should have at least 3 years of recruiting experience in tech, be fluent in English and Spanish, and possess strong organizational skills. This is a six-month full-time contract with confidentiality assured.

Formación

  • 3+ years of recruiting coordinator experience for a large tech company.
  • Experience working for a US-based company.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved.
  • Prepare and distribute interview materials, including job descriptions, candidate resumes, and interview schedules.
  • Generate and distribute offer letters and other hiring documentation.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive candidate and company information.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and procedures.

Conocimientos

Fluent in both English and Spanish
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
