A leading immigration law firm in Mexico is seeking a mission-driven Recruitment Coordinator. This role connects talent with purpose by managing job ads and scheduling interviews. We're looking for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in HR or recruitment and strong organizational skills. Flexibility to work U.S. hours is essential. The position offers career growth and remote flexibility, with a compensation of 16,000 MXN pesos.

  • Post and manage job ads across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
  • Schedule interviews across time zones and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Assist with market research and talent mapping for strategic recruitment
What We're Looking For
  • Excellent written & spoken English (*Required*)
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or talent acquisition support (*Required Experience*)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Google Workspace, and ATS tools (*Required Experience*)
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to overlap with U.S. hours (Traditional 8am-5pm US / AZ hours)
  • Reliable home office setup (stable internet, computer, webcam, headset)
