A global power management company seeks a Quality Supervisor in Reynosa, Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering and 3-5 years’ experience in quality management. Responsibilities include defining FTQ goals, ensuring customer compliance, and leading audits. Join a team committed to improving quality and safety while enjoying a diverse work environment. Formación

  • 3-5 years as a Quality Supervisor or Management position.
  • Knowledge on Automotive Standards and OEM specific requirements.
  • Training & Functional competencies per EQMS Quality Training Policy.

Responsabilidades

  • Defines FTQ goals, scrap, internal and external PPMs reaching targets.
  • Ensures suitable customer communication in compliance with requirements.
  • Promotes Quality Policy at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Defines FTQ goals, scrap, internal and external PPMs reaching the targets and defining priorities.
  • Ensures suitable customer communication in compliance with their requirements.
  • Balance score cards and actions.
  • Failure Analysis on time with effective actions.
  • Customer specific requirement as BIQ Certifications, Q1, etc.
  • Ensure process documentation maintenance according to plan.
  • External, process and product Audits Findings analysis to define strategic actions.
  • Defines supplier Performance goals and leads improving strategy.
  • Defines MRB /Hold aging targets ensuring strict compliance.
  • Ensures Non‑conforming / Deviation product procedure and MCO.
  • Promotes Quality Policy in all levels of the organization.
  • Ensures Compliance of the Eaton Quality Management System.
  • Standardization / Plant initiatives as BSC, strategic planning etc.
  • Management and follow up Functional, Leadership, CI competencies and development plan with direct reports.
  • Follow up environmental and safety applicable requirements in assigned areas.
Qualifications
  • Mechanic Engineer, Electro mechanic Engineer, Industrial Engineer Degree or similar
  • Master's Degree desired
  • 3-5 years as a Quality Supervisor or Management position
  • Knowledge on Automotive Standards and OEM specific requirements.
  • Desirable knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.
