Formación

• Experience in ISO standards and supplier audits.
• Knowledge of plastics, molding, and extrusion processes.
• Desirable knowledge in Incoming Inspection and Experiment Design Method.

Job Description

• Analyze the quality standards for raw materials, components, products or services to ensure compliance with the quality standards established by the Company.
• Execute quality principles, analyze records, prepare reports and recommend improvements to the process, product or service.
• Develop protocols that ensure inspection, verification and validation of raw materials, components, materials or machines used in process or product development.
• Identify and address recurring problems with product or process quality, as well as testing procedures.
• Document quality problems, performance measures or improvement proposals for review with management.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in Engineering, Quality Systems
• Experience in ISO and
• Experience with suppliers audit / suppliers development
• Knowledge of tools such as: 5W2H, 8D, QRQC, AMEF method
• Knowledge of plastics / molding & extrusion processes
• Knowledge of drawing interpretation
• Desirable knowledge in Incoming Inspection, Experiment Desing Method, Project Leader
• Competences: leadership, teamwork, intermedial statistical skills; driven for results, willing to work on other & willing to involve others, Data driven
