We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as a QAD ERP Project Manager, based in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.
As a QAD ERP Project Manager you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross‑functional, multinational teams to analyze, design, implement and maintain QAD (ERP) systems to optimize business processes and support operational efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Main Responsibilities
- Build and manage implementation plan on site and coordinate with central project team
- Estimate project skill requirements to identify appropriate resources for the project
- Review business requirements together with Business Process Team
- Provide solution to business requirements
- Interact strongly with the business process organization to identify required changes
- Manage/Track project budget – forecast & reporting
- Partner management, SOWs, Billing, POs, managing attrition rate
To Be Successful in This Role You Need
- 10+ years’ experience in leading ERP projects
- 5+ full ERP project cycles
- Advanced knowledge of financial controls and reporting requirements/ QAD functionality
- Extensive knowledge of QAD solutions
- Basic knowledge of linked QAD functionality
- 5+ years’ experience direct and indirect resources management
- Strong cross functional knowledge in multiple QAD modules including logistics, manufacturing
- Organize and lead cross functional resources
- Strong process and automotive industry knowledge
- Strong understanding of the ERP project methodology
- Very strong communication skills (written & oral)
- Ability to adapt communication according to the audience (business and technical)
- Very strong presentation skills
- Strong and proven project management ability
- Ability to manage tasks at all levels to coordinate with project milestones
- Ability to assess and mitigate project risks
- Experience with managing Developments & Process Integrations
- Manage and function well under tight timeframes – manage multiple priorities concurrently
- Ability to relate future direction of the organization while designing solutions and managing change
- Autonomous, ability to progress and deliver results by yourself
- Strong analytical approach to problem solving and solution development
- Fluent English language skills
