We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as a QAD ERP business analyst, based in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.

As a QAD ERP business analyst you will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross‑functional, multinational teams to analyze, design, implement and maintain QAD (ERP) systems to optimize business processes and support operational efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, strong technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Main Responsibilities

• Process Analysis and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements for QAD system enhancements requests, analyze current business processes to identify gaps and opportunities for optimization through QAD system integration.
• Function Specification and Pre-analysis: Translate business requirements into detailed system design specifications, considering user experience and process flow.
• Testing and Validation: Develop and support execution of test plans to ensure system functionality meets defined requirements; troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
• Training and Documentation: Create user guides and provide training to Key Users on system functionality and best practices.
• Change Management: Support change management efforts by effectively communicating system changes and their impact to stakeholders.

To be Successful in this Role You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of working experience as an ERP Business Analyst, or Advanced Key User.
• Working knowledge of QAD system.
• Bilingual English Spanish (intermediate high, B1 minimum)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in process mapping, requirement gathering, and system design.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools.

Additional Advantage If You Have

• Knowledge on Automotive industry processes.
• Knowledge of programming PROGRESS language.
