A leading technology company in Xico, Veracruz, is seeking an experienced Python Developer to join their Developer Productivity automation team. The role includes designing and maintaining Python libraries, developing backend APIs, and collaborating with various teams to integrate automation solutions. Candidates should have over 4 years of experience in Python programming and a strong understanding of automation frameworks. This hybrid position requires on-site presence at least three days a week to foster effective collaboration.

About the Team

At Nutanix, you'll be joining the Developer Productivity automation and test services team, a close-knit group of around 25 members.

You will report to the Manager of Engineering, who is dedicated to supporting your professional growth while fostering a culture of trust and open communication.

Our work setup is primarily on-site, with a requirement to come into the office a minimum of three days a week.

This allows for effective collaboration and team bonding.

Your Role

• Design, develop, and maintain Python libraries for automation purposes.
• Python backend API development for dev prod tools and services.
• Collaborate with various component teams to understand their automation needs and integrate the developed libraries.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of the automation libraries through thorough testing and validation.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving the overall codebase.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in automation and Python development.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration.
