Reporting to the Field Service Manager, the Project Manager is responsible to lead the end-to-end deployment of AVT solutions, collaborating with Sales, Field Service Engineers, and Support teams.

You serve as the primary customer contact during implementation, ensuring the successful delivery and installation of AVT equipment and software while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction and will be remote.

In this role, a typical day will look like :

• Manage, steer & lead project implementations and assure synchronization between plan and reality (time management / check point responsibility).
• Oversee the successful transition of the project from sales & pre-sales into deployment to ensure continuous provision of a high level of care to the client.
• Track process of Pre-Sale, Pre Order and Orders
• Coordinate resource planning and deliverables, ensuring that customer commitments are met.

The essential requirements of the job include :

• Minimum 3 years' experience as Project Manager and strong client consulting and relationship building skills
• Ability to travel 20% nationally and regionally as required
• Advanced english
• Extensive experience in AVT installation of hardware & software is a plus

Reportando al Field Service Manager , el Project Manager es responsable de liderar la implementación de soluciones AVT de principio a fin, colaborando con los equipos de Ventas, Ingenieros de Servicio de Campo y Equipos de Soporte.

Actuarás como el principal punto de contacto con el cliente durante la implementación, garantizando la entrega e instalación exitosa del equipo y software AVT, mientras mantienes el más alto nível de satisfacción del cliente.

Esta posición será remota.

En este puesto , un día típico incluirá :

• Gestionar, dirigir y liderar implementaciones de proyectos asegurando la sincronización entre el plan y la realidad (gestión del tiempo / responsabilidad de puntos de control).
• Supervisar la transición exitosa del proyecto desde ventas y pre-ventas a despliegue para garantizar una atención continua y de alta calidad al cliente.
• Hacer seguimiento de los procesos de Pre-venta, Pre-pedido y Pedidos.
• Coordinar la planificación de recursos y entregables, asegurando que se cumplan los compromisos con los clientes.
