A technology company in Mexico, Baja California Sur, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to act as the main liaison between IT and business stakeholders. The successful candidate will drive project delivery excellence, establish governance structures, and maintain strong relationships with senior executives. Experience in project roadmaps and stakeholder management is essential. This role requires monthly travel for in-person interactions, initially offered as a contract or contract-to-hire position.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to serve as the primary interface between IT and Business stakeholders, working closely with senior leadership to drive successful delivery and strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive delivery excellence and execution discipline
• Build and maintain confidence with senior stakeholders
• Establish clear communication, governance, and reporting structures
• Balance hands-on project execution with relationship management.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience working with Director- and VP-level stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills with professionalism and empathy.

Hands-on experience with:

• Building and managing project roadmaps
• Budget tracking and financial alignmentli>
• Risk management and maintaining RAID logs
• Independently managing end-to-end project administration

Delivery Methodology:

• Experience performing Scrum Master responsibilities is a plus (not mandatory)
• Monthly travel for in-person stakeholder engagement
• Engagement will start as Contract or Contract-to-Hire, with potential conversion based on performance.

Stakeholder Interaction:

• Close collaboration with a small group of senior stakeholders, including IT leadership and multiple VP-level business leaders
