They have a dedicated in-house team of engineers, offering end-to-end software solutions and supporting client development staff augmentation. Catering to companies of all sizes and industries, including some of the world's largest brands, Sonatafy Technology is a trusted provider of nearshore enterprise-level cloud and mobile application software development services.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project execution for a client account, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, prioritization, and delivery tracking across engineering, UI/UX, data, and AI initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery bottlenecks (e.g., design handoffs, QA gaps, data readiness).
• Maintain delivery visibility through dashboards, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate releases and demos, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and expectations.
• Enforce delivery processes and agile ceremonies while balancing speed and quality.
• Partner with leadership on roadmap planning, capacity management, and prioritization decisions.
• Ensure adherence to company standards for quality, security, and data governance.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Senior PM, or Delivery Lead in software development environments.
• Proven experience leading SaaS product delivery with active users and ongoing feature development.
• Strong understanding of Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban).
• Experience managing cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Design, Data, and AI.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams with complex dependencies.
• Excellent communication skills with experience engaging executives and external stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency with delivery and documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Git-based workflows, dashboards).
• Ability to operate autonomously and drive clarity in fast-moving environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data-driven or analytics-heavy platforms.
• Exposure to AI-enabled features or LLM-based products.
• Background working in regulated or compliance-sensitive domains.
• PMO experience, including delivery health reporting, capacity planning, and KPI tracking.
• Familiarity with SaaS subscription or enterprise customer models.
