As a Project Innovation Trainee, you will support the pipeline strategy, coordinating crossfunctional teams to ensure timely project execution and identify innovation opportunities. Your activities will include implementing project plans, monitoring progress, providing status updates, documenting best practices, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

What will you do:

• Support the follow up of the medium- and long-term pipeline strategy in the MexicoCAM and Andean regions, achieving results in the LATAM Innovation Promise goals according to the commitment in 2025
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Idea Labs, Customer Innovation, Sensory, MKT, Regulatory, Legal & Manufacturing partners) to ensure project execution on time, according with projections, identify opportunities for innovation and prioritize projects.
• Coordinating and implementing project plans, ensuring that each phase of the project is on schedule and within budget.
• Monitoring and tracking the project’s progress, providing regular status reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Documenting lessons learned, best practices, and innovation success stories
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

What will you bring:

• Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Chemistry or Administrative career. (active student, last year of the career)
• Intermediate English
• Microsoft Office
• Use of Teams tool.
• Experience with a project or previous experience in entrepreneurship.

Who are you:

Excellent communication and public speaking skills, preferably have taken a subject of projects in college / product or service development.
