YOUR TASKS

• Analyze technical solutions for parts designed in terms of profitability and challenge the project team to ensure and exceed targeted costs.
• Support the identification and achievement of potential cost gains resulting from design to cost (DtC) and re-design to cost (ReDtC) activities.
• Execute pre-series procurement processes for the acquisition phases.
• Define procurement strategy
• Request and analyze quotes, negotiating, preparing the appointment and appointment of suppliers and transfer responsibility to the Segment Buyer.
• Implementation of purchasing strategies and grouping of materials.
• Provide relevant information to materials group management and program purchasing management to implement appropriate strategies.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical background and purchases education, supplemented by solid knowledge in industrial purchasing of mechanical parts and / or electronics.
• Passionate about the automobile and its evolutions.
• The international dimension of the projects implies an imperative written and oral practice of bilingual English.
• Desirable 3 years as direct buyer :
• professional experience in purchasing Knowledge of controlling and contract law is desirable.

• Desirable 2 year of experience on Automotive industry
