An online education provider is looking for passionate individuals to teach ESL courses remotely in Tijuana, Mexico. Applicants must be certified and possess experience teaching English to teens and adults. The role requires availability for evening shifts and involves engaging students through diverse teaching techniques. This part-time position supports creativity in lesson delivery to meet learning objectives. Only resumes in English will be considered.

Formación

Our mission is to deliver high-quality education to students and professionals in Latin America and other parts of the world.

We are looking for passionate, energetic, enthusiastic and responsible individuals to teach ESL courses in a virtual environment. Applicants should be comfortable, easy‑going, and creative when teaching teens and adults. Although all materials will be prepared, you are allowed to deviate from them at your own discretion as long as the learning objectives are met and the students are learning in a fun, engaging environment. The work will be remote. Applicants must be available to work from 19:30 to 21:00 or 21:00 to 22:30 (Mexico City time). Resumes must be sent in English. Resumes sent in Spanish will NOT be reviewed.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching ESL (Must have at least one of these certifications: TESOL, TESL, TEFL, TOEFL, CELTA, etc.) (required)
• Ability to work with Zoom, Google Meet and Moodle.
• Have basic computer skills (preferred)
• Experience teaching English online (required)
• Have lived in an English speaking country or possess a native‑like English level (required)
• Teach English at a high level of proficiency
• Assess and identify students' individual learning needs
• Keep students engaged using a variety of teaching techniques: lessons, discussions, audio‑visual presentations
• Assign and mark homework
• Evaluate and review the progress of students and discuss results with them
