Formación

• Four to six years of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise production team of 10-25 employees.
• Manage and coordinate production processes.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks.
• Conduct performance reviews and recommend disciplinary actions.

Conocimientos

Knowledge of the production process

Effective communication skills

Ability to lead and motivate a team
