Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Value Stream Leader to oversee manufacturing operations within a defined value stream. This role is pivotal in driving production excellence, team performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise operational teams and ensure alignment with production systems.
  • Develop daily and weekly production schedules and allocate resources effectively.
  • Coach and motivate team leaders and operators, linking actions to company strategy.
  • Lead process improvement projects and champion lean manufacturing principles.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Manage performance metrics and communicate results across teams.
  • Act as a centralоср for cross‑functional collaboration and change management.
Required Qualifications
  • Degree in Operations, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in manufacturing leadership or plant operations.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning, compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and coach others effectively.
