A company in electronics manufacturing in Tijuana is seeking a professional to develop and manage production schedules effectively. The ideal candidate should have a college degree in Computer Science, Process Engineering, or Logistics, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience in electronics manufacturing. Strong communication, coordination, and planning abilities are essential, along with proficiency in office software and familiarity with SAP and ISO system operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop production schedules by integrating production equipment, manpower, material delivery dates, and order information to meet customer deadlines while ensuring production efficiency.
• Assist in scheduling the sequence and the time required for each operation to meet shipping dates in accordance with sales forecasts and customer orders.

Qualifications

• Education/Major: College degree or higher; preference for Computer Science, Process Engineering, or Logistics majors
• Experience/Skills: 1-3 years of relevant PC-related experience in electronics manufacturing. Strong communication, coordination, and planning capabilities. Proficient in various office software and SAP/MES systems. Familiar with ISO system operations and capable of drafting related procedure documents.
• Personality: Outgoing, responsible, dedicated, diligent, meticulous, and highly executable.
• Strong data and cost control awareness.
