About the Role

Seeking a Production Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Mexicali manufacturing facility, overseeing production, maintenance, and process improvements to achieve goals safely, efficiently, and with high quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead production and maintenance activities.
• Drive quality, lean/5S, and continuous improvement.
• Support adoption of automation/technology where feasible.
• Maintain a strong safety culture; provide team training.
• Support automation and process-enhancement projects.
• Report operational metrics to management in Anaheim.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing operations leadership (Production Manager, Plant Supervisor, or similar).
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).
• Located in Mexicali, with the ability to travel to Anaheim.
• Strong background in quality, lean/5S, and continuous improvement
• ERP experience (Odoo preferred).
