A cosmetics manufacturing company in Mexico is seeking an experienced candidate to oversee production operations. The role involves managing production schedules, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and leading a team. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering and 3-5 years of management experience in the manufacturing sector. This position offers a competitive compensation package and requires willingness to work in San Pablo City, Laguna.

Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 3-5 years of management experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably in cosmetics or pharmaceuticals.
  • Knowledgeable with industry-specific regulations and standards such as GMP.
Responsibilities
  • Production Planning & Resource Management: Develop and manage production schedules based on forecasts and orders; balance capacity, materials, labor, and equipment to meet demand efficiently.
  • Operational Oversight & Performance Management: Supervise end-to-end production operations, analyze key performance metrics (OEE, scrap, downtime), and manage budgets to meet cost targets.
  • Quality, Safety & Compliance: Ensure products meet quality standards and manufacturing processes comply with regulatory and industry requirements.
  • Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead, mentor, and motivate production staff while serving as a liaison with supply chain, logistics, engineering, sales, and other departments.
  • Continuous Improvement & Standardization: Drive process optimization, implement new products/equipment/processes, establish and update production standards, and support mass production readiness.

Applicant must be willing to work in San Pablo City, Laguna.
