A manufacturing company located in Hermosillo, Sonora, is seeking an experienced APU Manager. The role involves overseeing industrial and manufacturing activities, developing strategic plans, and ensuring quality compliance with established standards. Candidates should have experience in production processes and strong knowledge of health and safety regulations. This position is critical for driving continuous improvement and achieving operational objectives.

Formación

• Experience in production and manufacturing processes is required.
• Previous strategic planning and execution experience is necessary.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance expected.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The APU Manager is charge of:

Managing the overall industrial / manufacturing activities

Organizing and developing the activities in order to reach the objectives set by his reporting manager

MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES

• Development of the Strategic planning for manufacturing operations.
• Setting, piloting and developing industrial / manufacturing activities of the company
• Managing the production, manufacturing engineering, training and scheduling teams
• Supporting and securing the transfers of activities between other group plants and Latecoere México
• Ensuring that product quality is consistent with the objectives as defined by LATECOERE
• Monitoring compliance with HSE group policy, laws and regulation
• Driving culture of continuous improvement to reduce costs
• Following, monitoring and ensuring the reporting of his/her team activities
• Monitoring the achievement of objectives in term of quality, delivery, Safety and cost. If necessary, develop an action plan to ensure reaching the targets defined
• Addressing problems, short and long term opportunities for the company
• Informing his/her reporting manager of the difficulties, anomalies and failures encountered and propose solution
