Una empresa líder en recubrimientos en Irapuato está buscando un Gerente de Control de Producción. El candidato ideal debe tener experiencia en liderazgo en la cadena de suministro y gestión de inventarios. El rol incluye la gestión del flujo de materiales y la aplicación de sistemas Kanban para mejorar la eficiencia. Se requiere un alto nivel de inglés. Formación

• Experiencia previa en un rol de liderazgo en el área de la cadena de suministro.
• Experiencia específica en gestión de inventario.
• Demostrada capacidad de liderazgo en la gestión.

We are currently seeking a Production Control Manager who is a strong individual with the right virtue and talent to join our team. The Production Control Manager will manage all aspects of material flow in our plant including warehouse activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a leadership role in the supply chain area.
• Specific inventory management experience.
• Experience managing inbound and outbound distribution.
• Demonstrated leadership in management capacity is required.
• Forecasting experience.
• Kanban and Lean - e-Kanban.
• Talent development.
• Inventory accuracy.
• Cycle counting.
• English professional proficiency.

What Will Put You Ahead

• ERP experience with emphasis in MRP, utilizing CMS (Epicor) or similar software.
• Experience with implementing and managing Kanban systems is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing material flow and planning.
