A leading life sciences company in Veracruz, Mexico is looking for a Marketing Specialist to develop and implement regional marketing strategies. You will be responsible for organizing promotional activities, establishing key customer relationships, and creating tailored sales tools. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing and 3-5 years of relevant experience in the diagnostics or life sciences industry. Position Description

• Develop and implement regional/local marketing plans for Life Science, including promotional strategies and budget.
• Develop, implement, coordinate and report the outcome of tactical marketing activities within budget and on time.
• Organize seminars, exhibitions, promotions, micro‑marketing and CRM management.
• Communicate a clear tactical overview of marketing activities to the sales team and customers.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, networks, and KOLs.
• Develop sales tools tailored to the needs of the sales people.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a comparable qualification.
• 3‑5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally in the diagnostic, pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Excellent written and verbal Spanish language communication skills.
• Professional level of English language, written and verbal.
