An international automotive supplier in Irapuato is seeking a Process Specialist to develop production processes and support technology projects. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or related field and 0-3 years of experience with PLCs and robotics. Process Specialist (PLC)

IRAPUATO, GUANAJUATO.

Main Tasks

• Develop and qualify special production processes and technologies.
• Define specifications and support supplier selection for process equipment.
• Monitor processes, analyze failures, and implement improvements to meet KPIs.
• Train process users and support global technology experts.
• Participate in cost improvement and integration projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Robotics, or Computer Systems.
• 0–3 years of experience with PLCs, HMIs, robotics, and vision systems.
• Intermediate English level.
• Strong leadership and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (domestic/international).
