A prominent e-commerce company in Mexico City seeks an Operations role focused on reducing network losses across supply chains. The candidate will develop an understanding of operational processes, analyze data to find root causes of losses, and standardize processes. The ideal applicant has at least 5 years of operations experience, holds a Bachelor's degree, and is proficient in both Spanish and English. This position offers the opportunity to drive significant improvements in efficiency and operational excellence.

The scope of impact spans across RoW markets focused at reduction of network losses arising from Shrinkage, Damage, Concessions or combination of these within operations across supply chain and in close collaboration with Fulfillment Centers (FC)/transportation Operations, Amazon Customer Excellence Systems (ACES), Security & Loss Prevention (SL&P), Products, Customer Service (CS) and Resolutions CX (RCX) business partners.
