The role involves preparing technical sheets, developing standard operation manuals, and leading continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing methodologies. • More than 4 years of professional experience in relevant fields.
• In-depth understanding of industrial and engineering processes.
• Ability to identify and solve problems effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Preparation of technical sheets for new equipment and machinery.
• Develop and update standard operation manuals.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies.
• Analyze and evaluate current manufacturing processes for areas of improvement.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of technical sheets of new equipment and/or machinery.
• Ensure the significant characteristics of the process in their responsibilities.
• Develop and update standard operation manuals for processes.
• Continuous improvement, proposing and leading continuous improvement projects, using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen.
• Process Analysis, evaluate current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Investigate and analyze the causes of deviations in processes and products, proposing corrective and preventive solutions.
• Develop process flowcharts and map them.
• Generate periodic reports on the performance of the processes and the improvements implemented.

Requirements

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing tools, statistical control and process design.
• Knowledge of rules and regulations applicable to the specific industry.
• Knowledge in basic chemistry and process with adhesives.
• AMEF dominance
• Core Tools, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma.
• Ability to perform statistical and data analysis.
• In-depth understanding of industrial and engineering processes.
• Ability to identify problems in processes and develop effective solutions.
• Effective communication, ability to explain technical concepts and collaborate with different departments.
