A leading mobility technology platform in Mexico City is seeking a Pricing Sr. Analyst to lead pricing initiatives in the Food-Delivery business. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in budget management. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years experience in operations, and proficiency in Excel, advanced SQL, and Python. You will partner with Marketplace, Growth, and Product teams to optimize pricing strategies and ensure a reliable courier experience.

Team Overview

We are looking for an execution-oriented person, with great data skills and budget management, to be part of one of the most amazing start-ups in the Food category across LATAM. As a Pricing Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for leading pricing initiatives end-to-end, translating high-level budget and efficiency targets into concrete actions at country and city level. In this role, you will partner closely with Marketplace, Growth and Product teams to ensure pricing strategies are executed with strong financial discipline while sustaining a competitive and reliable courier experience during key periods. In addition, you will need to have strong sense of accountability and stakeholder management to align with our leadership on the different aspects that will be impacted by our efficient pricing strategy.

Role Responsibilities
  • Own the definition, execution and monitoring of pricing investments across SSL markets in the Food-Delivery business, securing alignment with Finance budget target and efficiency goals.
  • Support and execute pricing initiatives aimed at improving supply performance and on-time experience for all the cities, keeping the investment of each aligned with the SSL budget.
  • Manage budget allocations, reallocations and controls across cities and pricing components, identifying risks and opportunities to optimize spend.
  • Work with trackers and dashboards to follow performance and investment progress and create new ones for projects and campaigns where involved.
  • Coordinate with Marketplace, Growth and Product teams to align on priorities, trade-offs and performance outcomes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to supply, experience and efficiency, using data insights to guide pricing decisions for key periods of the year.
  • Support the rollout and follow up of new pricing capabilities, mechanisms or adjustments.
Role Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related field.
  • Seniority of 5+ years in business in total, with proven experience in operations or growth roles in tech, consulting firms or a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a track record of using data to support business decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability in building and maintaining relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel is a must (Advanced SQL and Python proficiency are a must).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced English level.
