A leading automotive solutions company in Zacatecas is seeking a Plant Manager to lead operations and ensure quality while meeting business targets. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Engineering, bilingual skills, and experience in automotive manufacturing. You will be responsible for delivering efficient production and enhancing the plant's culture of safety and continuous improvement.

• Experience in manufacturing of automotive harnesses (must).
• Finance knowledge: P&L, Forecasting, budgets.
• Provide solid, consistent leadership and accountability.

• Establish a safety culture and ensure optimal plant conditions.
• Develop strategies to achieve QVC targets.

Your Role

As Plant Manager on our team, you will:

• Be responsible for leading the plant to operate and provide products and services with the quality and time expected, in an efficient and cost‑effective manner while meeting company business targets.
• Establish and ensure the plant operates in optimal conditions and safety culture.
• Establish and maintain company processes to ensure maximum capacity and resource utilization.
• Develop strategies to achieve QVC targets.
• Provide solid, consistent leadership, accountability and mentoring to all employees.
• Lead the plant's efforts to develop personnel.
• Be responsible for P&L of the business unit.
• Lead the use of tools to improve business conditions such as ICIM, Shainin, Lean, Problem Solving, etc.
• Lead initiatives to reduce cost and increase productivity and delivery.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent. Master’s degree highly desired.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish).
• Strong use of Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving tools: ICIM / Shainin / other.
• Finance knowledge: P&L, Forecasting, budgets.
• Coaching and management skills.
• Flexibility to move to other location / area.
• Computer systems proficiency: Microsoft Office, Minitab, SAP.
• Experience in manufacturing of automotive harnesses (must).
