Overview

The Plant Manager is responsible for the successful operation, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing facility.

This includes finalizing the implementation of the current production lines and assuming full responsibility for all aspects of plant operations, including planning, staffing, safety, quality, budgeting, supplier relations, and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant production processes.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts to optimize productivity, quality, and cost performance.
  • Finalize implementation of current production lines and scale operations as needed.
  • Develop and implement plans for staffing, training, and performance management.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee budgeting, cost management, and resource allocation.
  • Manage supplier relations, procurement, and contract performance.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a senior manufacturing leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and resource management, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost management.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
