Formación

• Preferred bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales Engineering role or similar technical position.
• Fluent in English and Spanish. Ideally Fluent Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Provide tactical onboarding support and management including tests, validation, and certification.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and document project progress for stakeholders.
• Manage integration execution and control Time To Market (TTM) deliverables.
• Focus on feasible constructions for complex integrations throughout the project.
• Monitor and support integration post-launch for solution performance.
