About the Role

The client is seeking a dedicated Patient Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for patients and ensure a smooth, supportive experience. This role combines administrative responsibilities with patient communication, requiring strong organizational skills and a caring, professional demeanor. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and committed to delivering high-quality service while managing patient records, scheduling consultations, and assisting with clinic communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets tracking patient testing status and other related data.
  • Communicate with patients to confirm lab tests are completed, answer inquiries, and provide updates as needed.
  • Support communication efforts and maintain positive, professional relationships with patients.
  • Ensure all patient paperwork and records are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Use the CRM system to schedule consultations, ensuring appointments are accurate and well-documented.
  • Provide professional, empathetic service to patients and address concerns effectively.
  • Collect payments for consultations when required.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive yet friendly tone and minimal accent.
  • Proven ability to handle patient inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and care.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Docs, and spreadsheet management; comfortable using Google Docs, Excel, and Word.
  • Prior experience in scheduling, coordination, or customer service preferred.
  • Personable, ethical, intelligent, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Not required but valuable; strong people skills are essential.
