REMOTE: For this position, we are looking to hire someone based in the United States of America.
This is Tropic’s first dedicated partnerships hire.
You’ll play a foundational role in building and shaping how Tropic works with external partners to drive growth.
Your mission is simple but challenging: Get Tropic in front of the right partners, keep us top of mind, and turn those relationships into real customer introductions. You’ll work closely with Tropic’s founders and leadership team to define partner strategy, test different partnership models, and build repeatable motions across key ecosystems.
Specific to pay transparency laws, the salary range starts at $125,000 and may include commission, incentive pay, incentive stock options, and benefits. The final job level and compensation will be determined by factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, years of relevant experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, geographic location, and other business considerations.
