As a Partner Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for ensuring every team member delivers an exceptional and consistent homeowner experience. At Porch, we are obsessed with learning, iterating, and delivering the best customer experience in the home services space and retaining our customers for the life of their homeownership. Quality Assurance is a key function to drive this obsession forward.
As a Partner Quality Assurance, your core responsibility will be to audit and provide feedback on our team's execution of its key functions. You will provide ongoing and regular feedback on the performance of all team members, working with Managers to provide coaching opportunities and identify areas of opportunity. In addition, you may assist Managers with determining a team member's ability to be successful in their function when performance issues arise. In addition, you will participate in monthly team meetings with Managers and Training and Development Specialists to review team performance against goals and set commitments for improvements. You will support internal communication and tools updates and releases by auditing for proper understanding and usage of new tools. Your success as a Partner Quality Assurance will be tied to customer satisfaction and core company metrics.
