The Role

We’re looking for a high‑energy teammate who loves connecting with people and making things happen. This isn’t a corporate role where you’ll spend months creating processes. At Kommo, you’ll launch projects fast, test ideas, and see your impact immediately.

You will be the face of Kommo in México, building our partner community, growing relationships, leading a team, and organizing exciting events that bring partners and agencies together.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Grow and activate Kommo's partner network in México, including digital marketing agency partners, business consultants, and strategic partnerships with big tech brands in México.
  • Organize partner events, workshops, and activations (from small meetups to bigger conferences).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing agencies and digital communities.
  • Launch new ideas and campaigns that bring quick, visible results.
  • Collaborate with our global Partnerships and Marketing teams to localize strategies for México.
Who you are

You’re energetic, proactive, and thrive in fast‑moving environments. You love meeting people, building communities, and hosting events. You take ownership, bring new ideas, and aren’t afraid to test them. Experience in partnerships, marketing, events, or community building is a big plus. Preference for candidates based in México City.
