A digital marketing agency is seeking a Marketing Specialist to lead internal strategies and drive growth in digital presence. The role focuses on executing marketing campaigns, developing performance strategies for B2B sales, and collaborating with various teams. Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in Google and Meta Ads, high English proficiency, and a strong understanding of US, Canadian, and UK markets. This position offers a collaborative and growth-oriented environment in Aguascalientes.

Formación

  • 5+ years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • High proficiency in English (B2 spoken and C2 written).
  • Proven experience in international B2B marketing and lead generation.
  • Ability to demonstrate successful ROAS, CTR, and relevant KPIs.
  • Excellent understanding of US, Canadian and UK culture.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Ability to combine creative judgment with decision making based on KPIs.
  • Sales mindset with quick follow-ups to leads.
  • Ability to elaborate relevant KPIs such as CAC, ROAS.

About the role

This role is part of Bloom Digitals’ Marketing Team and works closely with the company’s CEO to lead and execute our internal marketing strategy. You will be responsible for driving growth, visibility, and digital presence of Bloom Digitals, ensuring that our brand messaging and performance goals are met with consistency and high quality.

This position requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Execute campaigns aligned with Bloom Digitals’ business goals, revenue KPIs, and ideal customer profiles.
  • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies focused on driving international B2B sales for our digital services.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing, PM).
  • Ensure high standards of quality across all deliverables.
  • Analyze performance, results, or feedback and propose continuous improvements.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams.
Key requirements
  • +5 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • High proficiency in English (B2 spoken and C2 written).
  • Proven experience working in international B2B marketing (U.S., Canada, and UK) and lead generation for service-based companies.
  • Ability to demonstrate past successful ROAS, CTR and other relevant KPIs with International B2B Marketing Campaigns.
  • Excellent understanding of US, Canadian and UK culture to properly strategize campaigns
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup while meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to combine creative judgment with rational decision making based on KPIs.
  • Sales mindset with quick follow ups (less than 4 mins) to leads
  • Ability to elaborate relevant KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, etc
