Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Optimize ad performance to achieve key business objectives such as conversions, traffic, and brand awareness.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Manage TikTok Ads campaigns, if applicable, to diversify advertising strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid ads with broader marketing goals.
  • Monitor trends and emerging platforms to ensure Bingo Loco stays ahead in the digital advertising space.
  • Provide detailed reporting on ad spend, performance metrics, and campaign results.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in paid advertising, with a strong focus on Meta Ads.
  • Proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns and driving results.
  • Event marketing experience not necessary but a bonus
  • Familiarity with TikTok Ads is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience with audience targeting, A/B testing, and data-driven decision-making.
