A global healthcare company based in Mexico City is seeking an HR Leader to drive the HR agenda for GBS Mexico. This role requires extensive HR experience and involves developing HR strategy, managing talent acquisition, employee relations, and team leadership. The ideal candidate should have a strong educational background in HR along with bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English. You will lead the end-to-end people agenda for GBS Mexico, combining strategic HR leadership with hands-on operational delivery. You will develop HR strategy and policies, partner with business leaders on recruitment, talent development and employee relations, ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, and collaborate with global HR stakeholders across the USA, India and Denmark.
GBS Mexico is a strategic hub within Novo Nordisk Global Business Services, providing key HR, finance, IT and operational support to regional and global teams. Based in Mexico City, our site drives process standardization, digitalization and efficiency improvements while ensuring high quality service and compliance with local regulations.
