This role involves ensuring that owners and tenants are properly set up in systems, coordinating documentation, and maintaining communication during the onboarding period. Ideal candidates are highly organized individuals with strong communication skills, preferably with experience in property management. This position is remote and requires reliable internet and personal computer.

Formación

• C1 / C2 English proficiency required.
• Experience in managing multiple onboarding timelines.
• Comfortable working directly with property owners and tenants.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the onboarding process after a client signs with the company.
• Send, track, and collect all required onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate bank account setup for owners.
