A supply chain solutions provider in San Luis Potosí is seeking an Oracle EBS Supply Chain Consultant. The role involves providing functional support for Oracle EBS Supply Chain Modules, collaborating with business users, and conducting system testing and user acceptance testing. Candidates should have experience in managing SCM projects and the ability to analyze and resolve end-user issues efficiently. Proficiency in Spanish and English is required for effective communication.

Formación

• Experience working on Production Support Projects is required.
• Previous management of Oracle EBS Supply Chain (SCM) projects is essential.
• Prior experience as an Oracle EBS Supply Chain consultant is mandatory.

Job Description

• Provide functional support for Oracle EBS Supply Chain Module.
• Analyze and resolve issues reported by end-users in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and translate them into system configurations or enhancements.
• Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for new implementations or updates.
• Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
• Deliver training sessions and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Oracle EBS.
• Work closely with technical teams to design and implement custom solutions or integrations.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Resolve tickets within the defined SLA with detail resolution notes and solution.
• Having experience working on Production Support Project
• ServiceNow Experience would be added advantage.
• Good Communication skills.
• Should have previously managed Oracle EBS Supply Chain (SCM) projects
• Should have prior experience as Oracle EBS Supply chain consultant (covering Purchasing, Inventory, Order mgmt.. and Shipping modules)
• Primary language skills: Spanish; Secondary language skills: English
