A leading manufacturing company in Arteaga, Coahuila is seeking an experienced leader to manage production, maintenance, and logistics teams. The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is essential. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) preferred. This role requires compliance with all safety and regulatory standards and collaboration with cross-functional departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage production, maintenance, logistics, and quality teams to meet company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Manage resources, budgets, and production schedules to meet customer demand and business goals.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
