The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in import/export operations, strong customer service skills, and proficiency in CargoWise. Formación

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and execute ocean and air import operations.
• Handle end-to-end shipment processes: bookings, documentation, arrivals, and cargo release.
• Maintain constant communication with customers, agents, and overseas partners.
• Prepare operational and performance reports.
• Manage and update shipment data in CargoWise.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and service standards.
• Support export operations when required.

We are looking for an Operations Executive with a strong focus on import operations (preferably ocean) and knowledge of export processes to join our operations team. The ideal candidate has solid experience in international logistics, excellent customer service skills, advanced english communication, and proficiency in logistics operating systems.
